We all know by now how important it is – for all ages and sizes – to drink at least a liter and a half of water a day but, sadly, hardly anyone comes near that. Apparently 75% of Americans are dehydrated! That is a pretty scary number, isn’t it.

Drinking water with some lemon juice in it is a refreshing way to enjoy water – especially if you aren’t all that keen on the taste of water.
Another way to get great anti aging benefits from water and lemon is to drink a glass of warm water with some lemon juice squeezed into it.
